1. Data We Collect

• Contact information: name, phone number, and email address, if you submit a case inquiry.
• Case inquiry details: whatever you choose to describe about your legal matter when submitting to a lawyer, or when chatting with Sasa AI.
• Anonymous session data: an anonymous identifier is created automatically when you open the chat assistant, used only for rate-limiting — not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit a case.

2. How We Use It

Case inquiry details are shared only with the specific lawyer or firm you chose to submit your case to — never with other lawyers on the platform, and never sold or rented to third parties. Sasa AI's chat processes your messages to help match you with relevant lawyers and guides during that conversation.

3. AI Processing

Sasa AI is powered by Google Gemini. Messages you send it are processed to generate a response and, where relevant, search the directory on your behalf. Your conversations are not used to train any public AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google Cloud): hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google Gemini: powers the Sasa AI chat assistant.

5. Data Retention

Submitted case inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably needed to serve their purpose, and can be deleted on request (see Section 7).

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

• Right to Access: request details of your personal data.
• Right to Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: request deletion of your data.
