About JurisOS

JurisOS is a directory platform that helps people find independently practicing lawyers and law firms across India, organized by city and practice area, with verification/claimed status shown on each listing where available. Every listing is a self-reported profile maintained by the lawyer or firm themselves — JurisOS does not employ any lawyer listed here and does not provide legal services or legal advice directly.

Beyond the public directory, JurisOS also builds practice-management software that participating law firms use to run their own casework — client intake, drafting, case tracking, and billing. The directory and the software are separate: browsing this site and submitting a case inquiry does not require using, or paying for, that software.

When you submit a case through this site, your details are shared directly and securely with the specific lawyer or firm you chose. What happens after that — whether they take on your matter, their fees, and how they represent you — is entirely between you and them, not JurisOS.
